Useful advice
- Your dog or cat must be accompanied by the most recent vaccination record and must have a microchip;
- External and internal deworming must have been done less than two months ago;
- During your dog's stay, the use of a preventive canine leishmaniasis collar is mandatory. We approve Scalibor or Seresto brands;
- If we verify that the animal does not have an adequate preventive measure, one will be applied at admission to preserve the quality of the stay;
Procedures
- Check-in day - Counted in the stay;
- Check-out day - Not counted in the stay;
- The stay billing is carried out according to the last confirmed reservation request;
- Reservation cancellations - No additional costs;
Transport
- Free for stays longer than 8 days up to 80 km;
- Stays of 8 days or less up to 80 km - Travel fee of 22,05€;
- Routes over 80 km - Transport fee of 0,46€/km;
- On weekends and holidays, Breed Pethotel does not provide transport service;
Payment conditions
- Always at check-out - MB, check, or cash;
- You can make an advance payment to IBAN PT50 0033 0000 4521 4922 1470 5 and present transfer proof;
Schedule
- Every day of the week;
- From 10:00 / 12:30 and 14:30 / 19:30;
- Late check-in or late check-out - Additional fee of €15;
Medication administration
- For animals under medication, we carry out the required administrations;
